- Your order was not delivered by the deadline, and you have not approved a deadline extension with the writer.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
If your request meets the refund eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days of approving the request. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used to place the order.
If the payment was made using a credit/debit card, refunds may take 10 business days to appear in your account due to bank processing times.
If your request does not meet the refund eligibility criteria, we may offer you other options such as a partial refund or a revision of the final paper.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:
- The order was delivered by the deadline, and you have approved the order.
- The order was cancelled after it was assigned to a writer.
